All orders are processed within 1-5 days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive email notification when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Free shipping to all 50 states in the USA via USPS Media Mail.
International and expedited shipping options available at additional cost. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes including VAT which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Raven Arts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the purchaser.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your products. In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Sales@RavenArts.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case by case basis to arrive at a satisfactory solution. Upon approval, a free return label will be provided. One the damaged product is received, a new replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.

All returns much be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and include purchase receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included.
No returns except for items damaged in shipping.
